Good spot near Orly airport. . Rooms were small but efficient, beds were comfortable. Although the rooms are small the hotel has areas inside and outside that are designed for guest to use and are very welcoming and comfortable areas. A very pleasant, well priced hotel near Orly airport. Breakfast was also very good.

Rude, unhelpful receptionists, mixup with the reservations which might be booking.com fault but the staff was not helpful in solving the issue of unexplained double reservation satisfactorily. Very bad access to Orly airport.

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

Well my niece used her credit card and payed. SO...MY QUESTION TO YOU IS????
WHY DO YOU SEND THIS TO ME IF THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD...??
I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL IN PARIS
The receptionist yelled at me when I asked him for a certain service, I asked him to respect me , but he continued to be intransigent.. Also, when I asked manager to hurry because my children had a fever, she said: My son also has a fever, hey.. We are not competing in illness!! !!! The worst experience in my life. This hotel is extremely bad. They have contracts with the airline staff and they don't care about the rest of the guests at all.
I’ve been coming to Paris many times and had different hotels. This was one of my best visit. Enrico welcomed me and upgraded me to a large room that was set up like a studio apartment. It was so nice I only want to come here when I’m Paris. The breakfast was nice and it was calm. The rooms we clean and the kitchen stocked with utensils. Enrico was kind, patient and accommodating. I’m coming back here for sure.

we ended up canceling, due to the accommodations, as the AC was not working in either room and the hotel didn’t have a functioning restraunt. They were renovating as we came in at 5pm. I almost tripped on the uneven entrance due to the updating. The staff spoke mostly French, but was accommodating due to the issues above and refunded my money. we booked up the street.
A great problem happened with airport shuttle. It was not mentioned at the reservation that the shuttle service was a service from the airport for every hotels and not a private best western shuttle. I waste about one hour when I arrived waiting for a best western shuttle before I understood that the service was a airport shuttle for every hotels. It’s a pity.
The room was good, the receptionist was very supportive and polite, so friendly and welcoming and but after few hours nobody works, everything is clothed and people who booked at the hotel was forced to look for other hotel because no one was able to booked them in, I have never see anything like this, just amazing, hotel with no staff.
The only thing which is really positive about our stay is the proximity of the hotel to the Orly Airport, which together with the shuttle services makes it possible to take an early flight home. And although I dislike the absense of personal service, I have to admit that the terminal for checking in worked properly.
Bad place, bad reception, cramped room, no elevator, no internet, the coffee boiler is out of order, the hair dryer is out of order, the place is far from restaurants and shopping, the black person has bad manners
I'm the worst night of my life
I hated Paris because of this hotel
The standard Hilton hotel in the vicinity of the Orly airport - convenient for late arrival or early departure. Everything is fine but you need a taxi to get in/out. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is good. Several points for food are nearby.
Comfortable and reasonably priced (for Paris) place to stay near the Orly airport. Clean rooms. Shared, but clean and well mantained bathrooms/toilets. More than enough for a one-night stay.
Got a taxi from CDG about 80 euro. Got public transport into Paris. Staff helped me.
Got free shuttle to Orly airport. Free! Right at the front door of hotel. Drops you at terminal.
