Lovely property in a beautiful area alongside the canal. Great views, lots of walking and very peaceful. The owners are extremely nice people and offer excellent service.

Our stay at Chateau Saint Sabine was truly enchanting. What stood out the most was the impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel like special. This is a magical place and the hosts are absolutely delightful. It's a historic house in an incredibly charming medieval hilltop village in a beautiful area of Burgundy, and it feels like you're in the 16th century (without all the bloodshed, famine and pestilence!).

Beautiful village dissected by the canal with lovely stone houses and places to walk. Very good stopping point en route south and a need to book both accommodation and restaurant if you are planning on staying there. The local café is the perfect French dream and I regret not having time to have lunch there. The « spa » was a disappointment. If I go again then I’ll book another place. The Auberge restaurant was fabulous but you have to book early to guarantee a table.
