Very beautiful property and very cozy rooms. Rachel is a fantastic host. The property is very well located amongst nature and is very close to Beaune. Le Clos n°5 is for sure recommended when visiting the Bourgogne wine region.

The staff makes this place a 10/10. We showed up woefully unprepared. Late (due to a delayed train), unaware that reservations are a must, without means for transportation around Beaune. The staff stayed open late, so we could check-in after hours. Gave us a list of things to do around town. And lastly, called cabs for us to get in and out of town, including having the hosts husband drive us to the train station after we were unable to book one of the few taxis in town. This place is amazing. The definition of hospitality.

The owners were very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was excellent every day and they even helped us heat up food in their oven for dinner one evening. The room was spotless and comfortable. We would definitely stay there for our next Burgundy trip.

We stayed one night on our return journey to the UK from the South of France. We always look for somewhere near to the autoroute and for safe and secure parking with a good standard of accommodation. This property was exactly in the middle of our journey back to the Eurotunnel. We couldn't have made a better choice. You pass through the vineyards and village of Nuits-Saint-Georges when rejoining the auto route, so that is a liitle bonus to start the day.
