Stapylton Arms was everything we expected with very friendly and helpful staff. The food exceeded our expectations at every meal as did the service and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be going back for another stay.

Dining room and bar staff excellent, we occupied a suite with a balcony overlooking the pool, room cleaned promptly every morning. Underground car park spacious. Did not use the spa. Location excellent, easy quick walk to the bustling town of Helmsley and various sights to visit within a short drive. Not our first visit to Helmsley but our first visit to this hotel. Would definitely recommend.
