First impression was excellent. Easy to find in a great location.
Arrived early and room was ready for us.
Fast check in and friendly staff.
Rooms were beautifully decorated and even had a runway view!
Bar and restaurant very nice and really enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was superb too.
Lovely gym and swimming pool.
Love the fact that transfers to the airport were included in the price we paid, (one less thing to arrange)

The staff member who checked us in was super helpful, she even popped down and put the heating on for us before our arrival because the temperature had dropped. The room was exactly as shown and was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. We didn't hear anything from the restaurant/bar and we stayed on a Saturday night.

The welcome was via the main Bar of the pub. The promised items were not dealt with for our room. There was a fridge along the corridor
for cold mis but no milk. The Restaurant was a grand name for a collection of food available from a frozen source.
The system of locking the only connection to the Hotel from the Bedrooms was very alarming. The outside of the place gave a much better description Pub with Rooms, certainly not a luxury Hotel.
