Was very surprised as they gave me I believe was classed as a Family room and also my son had a room the same size.

make no mistake this is a budget hotel and looks like it in some areas. But it is on the High Street and it is friendly and clean. And it is half price of any other hotel in the area. This time we paid a little more for a suite and we had a king sized bed, a big room and even bigger ensuite bathroom a lovely free standing antique bath.
