The view of Loch Ness from our room and from the restaurant was excellent.
The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciate the veggie full Scottish option. Veggie haggis was a treat.
The staff were competent, friendly and welcoming.
The packed lunch they prepared was superb also.

The apartment was perfect. It has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, with a gas cooker that I love, it was big enough and also gets warm very fast (it was very cold outside). The hosts very friendly and helpful. It has a private parking also. Only the bed is too small if you are a tall person :) Definitely would recommend this!

Although it’s a little ways outside the center of town, Bunillidh is completely worth it. Maureen is a wonderful host who welcomes every guest like family. Lodgings are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is excellent.

Hotel is very tired and facilities poor.
Hotel is very tired and facilities poor. Hairs in bath as well as shampoo/conditioner. Staff were not really customer focused and not available once they had shown us our room, which did not meet expectation.

Over priced. Relies on Monster nonsense.
Over priced. Relies on Monster nonsense. For a pretty part of the world it’s a bit scruffy. Very overpriced, Too popular, No bars so you’re ripped off in hotels for a simple drink.
Stay elsewhere if you have taste.

I would recommend just stopping for lunch in Drumnadrochit,...
I would recommend just stopping for lunch in Drumnadrochit, the hotels are well overpriced and all cashing in on the monster theme. We were even charged £16,50 for a wine and a beer in one of the hotels down the road where we were thinking of going for dinner. A real rip off.
The Lodge was the most gorgeous hotel we stayed in during our week long vacation. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Jora and given a personalized tour of the lodge, escort to our room, and given recommendations for sites on the remainder of our trip. They provide a beautiful lounge with a fireplace, games and will bring you a drink from their extensive whiskey collection. Breakfast the next morning was superb. We will absolutely return to this location on our next trip and recommend it to any Scotland travelers.
Isabelle and Robert, our hosts at the B&B, were wonderful. They helped us on a couple of things during our stay including accommodating us for an additional night. The property was excellent and the breakfasts that were cooked to order were delicious. The B&B is well positioned in the center of Scotland near Loch Ness making for easy access to the countryside in all directions. My wife and I would highly recommend Woodlands B&B to anyone traveling to Scotland.
Lovely 'Period' Scottish house set on a quiet side street of Drumnadrochit.
Hotel was spotless, decent rooms and comfy beds (good linen...). There's also ample free car parking and it's a 10 minute walk to good restaurants and shops.
The hotel also has its own bar which is lively (a band was on during our stay).
Super staff and a really good 'Full Scottish' brekkie (plenty of other options too).
Good find and would definitely stop there again.
Lovely property , with large spacious rooms, amazingly comfortable bed, incredible views, and a tremendous host. Close to Inverness and Drumnadrochit, but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of other tourists. Property benefits from a great outdoor space to relax in and an excellent Italian restaurant less than a minutes walk away. Couldn’t recommend this enough , you won’t be disappointed
We loved the location and the staff that greeted us. The rooms are very cozy and the hotel has a lot of charm. The breakfast has a good range of choice to eat and is quite nice with the folk music on :)
We went once at the start of our journey in the highlands and stopped for a second time on our way back home be cause we felt very welcomed. The restaurant is very good too.
We liked the light in the common room. The younger folks enjoyed the TV. We would have loved to use the balcony, but it was a wee bit too cold and rainy for us to enjoy that. From all those windows upstairs, the view of the great hill between us and Loch Ness inspired all sorts of short stories about Clan conflicts and running battles with Edwards's troops.
Stayed in a room at the bunk inn with our 3 kids, bunks with private bathroom, was all we needed for one night and had everything we needed in the shared kitchen and beautiful river for the kids to play outside while we had a cuppa. Great spot to visit loch ness and the service in the restaurant was fantastic, they catered for us and our kids so kindly.
Fantastic views over Loch Ness! The lodge that I stayed in was lovely and my room was delightful with a very comfortable bed. In the evening I had dinner in the main hotel and the food was beautiful. Very friendly staff, including the lady on reception at the lodge and the waitress in the restaurant. Both could not do enough to help
Beautifull house in the countryside, spacious and well equipped. We loved the flannel bedding! Beds are good sized and we slept amazingly well due to complete silence. Stunning view into the hills. Car can be parked in front of the house. 6 miles to Drumnadrochit to find a supermarket and various restaurants.
This place is a fantastic deal! Quiet and beautiful property located walking distance to Loch Ness attractions. Host was so pleasant and helpful. She made the best recommendation for dinner at the Fiddler’s Inn just down the road.
The location of Four Winds was perfect for us. It is situated in a lovely part of Drumnadrochit in a very quiet and peaceful road with a good view of the hills. Shops and restaurants are all very accessible within walking distance.
Excellent location near Loch Ness and castle, across from good restaurant, and on side street so quiet and easy to get to. Hotels right on Loch are on very busy road and difficult to park.
This is the perfect place for staying in the right view of Loch Ness! Host is the best host i’ve ever met So pleased to stay here will come again if have a chance for sure!
Stopped over at Loch Ness Lodge halfway through a trip in a motorhome holiday around Scotland. Wonderful boutique hotel with fantastic breakfast. Supper helpful staff :-)
Beautiful place, and the staff were so kind and friendly, i came to see loch ness, when i arrived i had tire pressure signal, the helped me with that, thank you so much
