It’s rather difficult to find the parking area, as you have to guess when you’ve arrived. Only one sign seen from the main road, the rest is by intuition.
The building itself is incredible, 18th century, with so much history. It’s like a maze inside. The staff (and the breakfast) were perfect. Really helpful and friendly.

Excellent staff very professional and warm people. They accommodated our vegan diet at breakfast going out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect.
Well equipped gym was a bonus!

The is also another pub in the village, the Three Horseshoes, a locals pub, good beer but no food.

Hard to believe it is so close to Northampton. In spite of being next to the A4500 I never heard the vehicles and wasnt disturbed.
