I arrived at Heathrow Airport coming from Canada, and I tried to book a room to spend the night. I found some pictures and the price and I thought it was appropriate. I booked a room at 11 o’clock while I was inside the airport, and I went to this place and arrived at capacity at 11.18 minutes and did not see anyone. While I was knocking on the door, I thought it was an abandoned apartment, and the street was scary, and I thought I was in the Middle Ages, in a country and city other than London. I called the number I had booked, and sometimes she answered me, and sometimes she hung up on me, and I waited outside the hostel for an hour without... That someone would come, so I ordered an Uber and left for the airport again to the police station and told them about the matter, and I went to check and I do not know what happened after that. Yes, I was deceived by this hostel, a poor place, bad service, and an attempt to defraud, because they asked for my bank information, and ID, only wants one pound. Imagine, it is a trick to get my personal information, and I maintain correspondence with the hostel owner. Thank you for your understanding.

Do Not book at this place ! ! I repeat DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM! I paid them straight away and I also I paid a holding deposit which was extra on top of payment for the room hire ! This was taken out of my bank for £25 which they never refunded ! They said it was a holding deposit incase of damage ! When I messaged to say it still hadn’t been refunded they Kept sending me a screen shot saying they had refunded but nothing was received into my bank ! They took the money out straight away with the payment for the room but no holding deposits had been returned! I didn’t even end up staying there ! No parking nearest parking was a driveway up another street which I had to pay for on a link ! When I got there I was reluctant to leave my car as the street was a little doggy !
