Julian and Kate had left a very thoughtful range of breakfast options in the fridge and in the well equipped little kitchenette. Shower was amazing, the suite was tastefully decorated with all home comforts - and more. A short walk down to the picturesque harbour - an excellent location.

We got a free upgrade due to maintenance work on our original booking! We were very pleased as it was absolutely beautiful.
It was very private, peaceful, and a home away from home. Clare was very attentive and got back to us ASAP if we messaged about anything at all.

Helston has a long history, interesting shops and is a good starting point for visiting beaches, geology and ice cream!Since the by-pass, the town centre is safer! Big Salisbury's, Lidl. Access to the Lizard, Porthleven, Praa sands Kynance Cove all within 20 minutes travel. I stayed at the Premier Inn with its restaurant, car park and spacious room.

The quietude of the space was so right for me.
The quietude of the space was so right for me. Lizard Peninsula easy to get to and only took a few minutes. I loved the Llamas and donkey pottering around the site. Helston is a lovely little place. There are nice pubs and places to eat, especially the burger place called Boo Koos . A few good shops to peruse, would stay here again as it makes a good base for exploring the area.

Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape.
Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape. However, the surrounding area is wonderful. Porthleven, small but very friendly and welcoming. Location ideal for exploring the St Ives, Penzance, St Michael's Mount, and the coast from Porthleven round to Falmouth. Wonderful memories 💖. Thank you.

No 52 is a great location in the town centre with easy access to drop off and parking in the street available overnight. Our room was newly re furbished, well decorated and comfortable, and our inclusive breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Kim offers excellent value.
