Very friendly welcome, clean room. Well laid out, comfortable bed. Good location. Many additions in the room, coffee machine, toiletries and straighteners a bonus. Lovely walled garden. Will come back and recommend. Did not eat here but food looks amazing. Great location for Chapeldown winery and offer a taxi service.

Breakfast, location, atmosphere were all very nice. The staff was very friendly. We had dinner at the hotel and we were really positively surprised about the quality and price. The overall vibe of the place was very pleasant.

The booking was for an adult and a child, but the room only had one double bed. As two females they felt very uncomfortable with the atmostphere in the place and so left immediately and found other accommodation. They did not stay at Sturry Road in the end.

The host come out to say hello and was lovely. The property was clean and cozy. It would be great to eat there as there is a full kitchen. The sofa was comfy also. The stairs are silent and you won't disturb anyone else when walking up and down them. We could continue watching out TV shows there was Sky and Netflix and it was easy to cast my iPad to the TV to watch YouTube on my own account so I didn't need to remember to log out.

The rooms were larger than expected.
Good location.
Great shower.
Kent in sunny spring is hard to beat. Green colours everywhere, Combined with the very interesting historical towns and the relative proximity (Eurotunnel) is makes a very nice option for short term trips for us.

Don't rent thos property!
Broken in half furniture, oven not working, dished dirty. Broken tables, no hot water and no WiFi.
No one came to fix anything. Can't process a refund. Agreed on one amount and now they saying will refund 20% only. Absolute disappointment.
Stains on pillows, mauld on walls and the list goes on

Stayed here a couple of times with our good friends. I will be back to book up again for next year, you are central to everything and Canterbury is just 10 mins in the car. Lots of things to do in Kent, it feels like a second home.
I would recommend staying at this park, it's quiet, out of the way. Nothing you could dislike about it.

The thoughtfulness of all the provisions made for guests including fresh loaf of bread, fresh fruit and everything you would need when you first arrive after a long journey. The accommodation is meticulously clean, stylish and utterly beautiful. I highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are helpful, friendly and utterly brilliant managers of such a facility. We are so grateful.
