Location excellent. But not sure about the 'self service' check in. It relied on having a smart phone and checking it for the check in instructions. However, I believe there was a fall back position of a phone call if arrived without the check in instructions

The BnB was just as advertised, beautiful grounds and building. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the food and there was staff to help you everywhere.
