Excellent location. Easy to find with good instructions. Wonderful access to tin mine ruins and sea walks. Excellent pub right nearby for dinner. The kitchen was miraculously well equipped and having a washer and a laundry tab that brought a huge smile after weeks of travel. Welcome cakes and milk was wonderful. We did find a coffee press in the cupboard.

Close to the SWCP , very clean and tidy and full of everything I needed , the lady across the road who takes in hikers washing was an absolute bonus.shop really close by .
