Everything was better than expected after arriving from Heathrow Airport after bumper-to-bumper traffic on the M25.
At checkin the front desk made parking available on the Cathedral grounds and only a couple of minute walk to the inn. Breakfast was one of the best in many weeks in the UK and the location couldn't have been better with FREE access to the Cathedral and only steps away. Grounds were extremely well maintained and the room was excellent wth great internet service.
With a 24-hour front desk, this hotel offers free breakfasts and a modern restaurant. Holiday Inn Express Canterbury is located in Upper Harbledown, just outside historic Canterbury.
