The Honingham Buck, hotel in Mattishall

Boasting a garden and views of garden, The Honingham Buck is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Norwich, 25 km from Blickling Hall.

We've stayed here so many times that it speaks for itself. The accommodation is superb, big, clean, comfortable rooms, excellent bathrooms. We've stayed in every room and there isn't a bad one. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant is also very good (although we have recently had a disappointing experience when standards were lower than previously experienced).

The Hideaway, hotel in Mattishall

Situated in Hockering in the Norfolk region, The Hideaway has a patio and garden views. Providing free WiFi, the property also has a garden and a terrace.

The perfect getaway for a cosy night for two, we had a lovely stay! The facilities were great, very soft blanket and sheets- the bed was incredibly hard to get out of for check out. It was lovely and warm upon arrival, we loved all the bee designs everywhere! The hot tub was the cream on top, it was heaven to sit under the warm lights and stars. Everywhere was absolutely spotless, it's clearing a place that has a lot of effort and love poured into it. The hosts Janette and Brian are absolutely lovely too!

I can't fault our stay here at Cabin Hideaways.

I can't fault our stay here at Cabin Hideaways. Everything was just lovely. Spotlessly clean, super cosy with amazing views. We 100% recommend. When we arrived Karen allowed us to check in one hour early and on entry we found that there was a supply of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, water, cereals and all the toiletries that you could possibly need. These little touches were so thoughtful. We ate at the local Indian Restaurant called Rani's which was excellent. It's hard to get a good curry in Norfolk I find, but we'll definitely eat here again. We all enjoyed it very much. We were visiting family so that was our priority which meant we didn't get very far. We visited a couple of nature reserves (which you'll find plenty of around here) and they never disappoint. We've also been to Roar with our Grandson who adores dinosaurs. If you do too it's a must. The evening events are amazing, so much fun.
