I Booked a budget room but it was beautifully clean and the beds were very comfortable. Above all the staff were so helpful and willing to help in anyway to make sure we had every5hing we needed.

Our room was opposite a fire door and a staff member staying the night kept opening the fire door and leaving it open. 7 times we got out of bed to close it as we did not feel safe with a door open to anyone, 3 metres from our bedroom. The individual had several friends over and they came and left through the door for hours. Despite our request to keep the noise down and the door closed he ignored this. In the end my husband had to stand outside ar 1am to confront them.
