Location - lovely arrival through park - rhodedendron-lined drive. First view of house was promising (from a distance). Tea and coffee facilities and fresh milk in a cute tiny fridge. There is huge potential to make this place so much better.

The car park rip off extra £20 on top. Not made aware of this cost was so high . There were no tea bags in the room . A The room was very cold . Shower was good.

We'd asked for an early check in - as heading off to work and not back until late. Got confirmation from Booking.com that it was agreed, reception knew nothing of it.
