It was ok for a one night stay, because we were there for a charity evening. Room was clean and tidy and large.

We were walking the last 2 stages of the Offa Dyke Path last week. Rob picked us up from Tremeirchion and dropped us back the next day to follow the path, so kind. Anne-Marie and Rob made us feel so welcome, we had an amazing stay. Fantastic facilities and delicious breakfast. Great beds and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with soaps and fluffy towels. We continued our journey the next day to Prestatyn with our water bottles filled up with filtered cold water. Thanks again for all your help and kindness.

room was large and spacious but did not have one drawer and a small area to hand cloths but no wardrobe .
the room was noisy due to traffic and light shone though all night as the curtains did not totally cover the windows.
evening meal was poor with a good number of items on the menu not available.
staff seemed to be a bit leaderless

There is big improvements happening to the property, beer garden looks great.

There was a fridge in the room, a kettle and some coffee & milk. The bed was really comfy and the view from our room was great. Nice big telly with digital. The colour scheme of the room was lovely. Great little room. Right next to the beach and near all the shops and arcades.
