Gorgeous setting with the most wonderful view of the River Tweed from our room. Beautiful walks locally. Having Dryburgh Abbey literally on the doorstep was an added bonus.
The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming - the staff in the restaurant were helpful and professional.
Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful room with stunning views. A choice of lovely Scottish products on the hot menu as well as a good selection of cold food on the buffet.
The room was clean and tidy, with basic decor. The bathroom was clean and functional with a great shower!!
Our meal on the final evening was very tasty even though the restaurant was not quite what we were led to believe.

The staff at Ednam House were really friendly. Housekeeping was attentive. The gardens were lovely to sit in when it was sunny. The rooms had plenty facilities and lots of nice toiletries. The night porter was really cheerful despite us coming in after 2am. Plenty parking. Location was really good and central. Breakfast was really nice.
