Big thanks to Kim! She's such an amazing lady. And ger place is lovely. With immaculate views of the ocean. Really exceeded our expectations. And even my dog who normally doesn't like strangers, was accepted by the host. They both played together within 2 minutes!

We loved everything. The location was spectacular - to be able to wake up to rolling hills and gorgeous mountains was amazing. The facilities were superb, especially the hot shower, and the little touches, such as the cooler with various drinks and Welsh fudge inside were a lovely extra. John and Teresa were the most welcoming and friendly people we have come across. We don't usually stay at the same place twice, but we would make an exception for Mountain View. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Leaving the property was the best part of our stay.

Leaving the property was the best part of our stay. We were only there a night but that was too long. When trying to sort the issues the owner was not helpful, and since the weekend she is now not communicating with the company to resolve the issues. Boiler broken, Mould on walls and ceilings, smelt musty, dirty kitchen cupboards, kitchen not equipped for 4 people who want to cook anything more than beans on toast! Garden a rubbish dump. No proper curtains in master bedroom, uncomfortable beds, Broken curtain rail in lounge. Lights not working, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar were manky. Shower hose didn't fit properly.

Location secluded, with a lovely quiet garden beside a flowing river. Comfortable and better equipped than home!! Not your usual 19" telly withfreeview here. A 42" smart TV and fully package, and a kitchenwith every gadget going. Spotlessly clean and our hosts, are simply lovely. Funny chatty and welcoming. Even presented our dog with a brilliant goody bag with a blanket a toy and treats. Already discussing next year with the family as we love it here.

Beautiful, scenic part of North Wales, perfect location for Snowdonia and many coastal towns and lots of attractions. We were only there for two nights so a long investigation of the area wasn't possible but it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Parking is a nightmare, had to park 2 streets away sometimes and the area doesnt seem the best at night. Shower goes very hot and cold doesnt stay at 1 temp, toilet door is glass and no privacy, wifi didnt work so netflix wouldnt work. Advised as having an ensuite but it doesn't. Barely a sea or mountain view, very slight in the distance. However it is decorated lovely inside and very homely with lots of useful bits and bob's you would need. Bit of tlc and thought and it could be a lovely stay as was very nice inside.

Just a few miles off Caernarfon and Porthmadog (with castles and the famous steam train), nice quite little place with all the essentials a traveller with small family would need. On the main street you can find your usual Fish & Chips, Kebab shop, Indian and Chinese take away and the local Co-Op. There are even small shops like an antique shop. All these are walking distance from most part of the village.
