Impeccably clean and very well equipped, the hosts were welcoming and friendly and cared about every little detail. The breakfast was tasty and great size. Car parking was available and the hosts gave us great recommendations as to what to do/see in the area. We would come back again without a doubt.

The room on the whole was clean in terms of the bedding, bathroom and towels. The staff handled themselves well. We were put in a quieter part of the hotel.

A short walk to either Preesall or Knott End, plenty of shops in Knott End to meet the needs of most.
Chippy in Knott End was fantastic, the best fish I have had in ages.
Deli in Knott End was good for cut meats and a wide variety of cheeses and pates.
Locals all welcoming and has a true Northern feel to it.
