We did booked to stayed on the 27th and 28th of April again. Because we were attending a concert. Unfortunately it was Cancelled due low Tickets been sold We stayed before on the 1st and 2nd of March 2024. Please checked before these survey are send out to customers in future. Pleasant stay. Staff were helpful. Perfect location for O2 academy Selection at breakfast was very varied and liked the addition of take away cups for tea/coffee . Try the homemade biscuits and brownies as were delicious. Considering where situated blocked out alot of the noise Lifts were quick. The hotel offer reduced parking rates at a local car park so ask them where (FYI not the station car park as they are right next to each other, as we had to go round a few times before realising)
