Good simple quality food, cooked well. Descend breakfast . The pastries particular favourite.Good pastry chef . Professional staff all round, makes a huge difference . Always a really pleasant , comfortable stay and experience at Du Vin. Comfortable beds/ great hot running showers and nice gardens. Very good location.

This trip was intended for two days.
This trip was intended for two days. It turned out that we had to deal with a family emergency while we were there and we were able to book a further 4 nights in the room. The staff were AMAZING, helpful, caring , kind, friendly and totally, professional., Tristan , Bruno and Solly in particular . As well as the lovely ladies that cleaned the room during our stay. You cannot buy that service . We cannot recommend this place enough.

I booked the room as I was going to the pantiles for a party. There is a good bus service and it was reasonable to get a taxi back. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had a lovely lunch of prawns and a Buck’s Fizz before I left in the morning.

Very pleasant area we were visiting Sissinghurst and Chartwell. There is a cricket ground just across the road from the hotel and to sit and watch an evening game while enjoying a glass or two of real ale is a joy. Hever Castle is amazing.
Hever Castle is amazing. The grounds are stunning and the most beautiful backdrop for a picnic. we stayed at the inn keepers lodge which was lovely downstairs but the bathroom in our room was covered in mould on the shower tiles. they offered to move us to another roombut it was exactly the same. It was a goodbase and the food was wonderful but dont stay in the rooms untill they are re furbished.AdamUnited Kingdom
