Really stand-out service. Not like the fake or forced smiles and service you get in a lot of hotels, we were met with a team that genuinely looked after us. From the sandwiches they’d made for us when they knew we’d be too late arriving to eat in the restaurant, to actually being shown to our room (when was the last time that happened) to the sausage they cooked for the dog in the morning at breakfast…
Really, genuinely good.
