Staff at check in were excellent. Miguel was extremely helpful and a credit to the organisation. The room was perfect and comfortable especially after a day of travelling from Australia.

The spa was a little disappointing, the pool was nice, but the outdoor jacuzzis and areas were small and mostly in shade. It was busy, which meant access to the jacuzzi was limited. We did not take advantage of the other facilities though. The decor and facilities in the rooms was lovely.

THere are quite a few nice places to drink and eat, lovely by the river but remember mosquito spray! Parking can be tricky in certain areas but you will eventually find somewhere without double yellow lines, unless yoru hotel comes with parking!
The hotel state on their website that there is free parking. This is untrue. The free parking is roadside anywhere up the street. Being a female and pensioner, arriving in the dark there was no where to park. I drove around several streets. Eventually I parked on double yellow lines and asked at the hotel in case I had missed the parking area and the response was that guests need to park in the street. I told them that I would be unable to stay due to safety and the response back was extremely unsupportive.
This small hotel was a wonderful discovery. I traveled alone for work and found this little hotel to be clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with different warm and cold options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also had dinner at the pub of the hotel, everything was delicious.
nothing. Room was very small and on a main road. You could not open a window as noise outside was so bad. Had dinner in hotel that night. Food was cold. Chips seemed like they were reheated. Order a bottle of wine that came to us warm. Bitterly disappointed.
Everything was lovely, just a shame the hot water wasn't working in the morning - one of our favourite things about a hotel stay is indulging in a lovely shower, so we were disappointed. Excellent food and delightful staff, though - we will absolutely stay again.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for getting into London for a day and how best to get to the airport. Having a pub right there made it easy for meal time and the food was really good. Having a fan in the room was a plus.
We stayed here for a festival at Apps court which wasn’t too far away, this is a lovely cosy little pub/hotel, room was lovely and bed comfortable, breakfast was freshly cooked & delicious 😋 staff so polite and friendly, I would definitely stay here again 👍
The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming from the off, and we were delighted with both our rooms and the service, options, and food in the restaurant. The cooked breakfast options were imaginative.
Great little hotel. Room was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The riverside location was nice too!
Would definitely stay again if I were in the area.
The location of the hotel was ideal for what we wanted, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we loved the breakfast! Bed was really comfy and lovely touch with Krups Nespresso machine.
