Everything, beautifully appointed room, lovely owners, ideal location, splendid breakfast, just perfect. Even the dogs were welcoming & friendly. I particularly like the piano in the bedroom!

I booked Mabel cottage for one of our employees working in the area. On arrival the property was extremely clear and tidy with all requirements in place. It is walking distance from shops including a Coop and excellent pubs etc. Anthony [owner] provided the key and was extremely helpful. The feed back from our employee was extremely positive and that the property is in an idyllic location on the banks of the river Meon.
We often book properties for our employees when they are working in Hampshire and this is certainly one that we would book again.

Such a lovely hotel in what looked like very nice gardens, it was raining. Very good dinner and the staff were so nice, particularly Alex. Also breakfast good as well. I felt very comfortable there.

Ok they were busy but they kept running out of things and they were not replaced regularly like mushrooms we had to leave the dog in the room to have breakfast which they also tell you not to do!
