Room was lovely bed was comfortable and so nice not to hear all of the noise outside as last time we stayed we were in an older room and got no sleep due to all the noise from the night life. We got upgraded which was lovely as it was our 20th wedding anniversary we were in room 309. The bathroom a bit tired looking though!. Tea coffee was good in the room too 👍😊 thankyou for a lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent and we dined in the crab restaurant which was superb too.
The Royal Exeter Hotel is an ideal base for exploring Bournemouth and Dorset's delightful countryside.

It's an old and well known hotel with a rich history. Still comfortable and clean. Some of the staff were lovely and friendly, whereas others completely ignore you..Worth staying for the experience of one of the oldest buildings in Bournemouth

Beautiful hotel, modern and spotlessly clean. Fabulous breakfast buffet, great choice of continental and hot food. Location perfect. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
The Norfolk Royale is ideally positioned within a short stroll of the Bournemouth's major attractions - including its award winning gardens and golden sand Blue Flag beaches.

The hotel is a little dated. However, it’s very clean and the staff were really friendly.
