What a nice discovery.
The hotel is located within the village and a short walk from historic Corfe Castle.
Hotel has it's own parking.
Room was well appointed, clean, bright, well furnished and the bed comfortable.
Bathroom with shower good and clean.

The location was perfect as we were having dinner at the Kings pub in the village.
Knoll House is a hotel in Studland that features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. Some rooms include a sea view and access to a hot tub.

The Hotel is great facilitates, a very large restaurant and breakfast area. We had dinner in the restaurant and food was amazing. The Hotel is about 10 mins or so from Swanage, with a bus stop outside, we managed to grab a taxi back to hotel one evening when exploring Swanage.
The hotel has a small golf course, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) and the walk to the beach is less than 5 mins, there is a section which is steep down to the beach, but stick with it as it is worth the views of Studland, definitely will be returning the Hotel.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
