The property is well located very near to the central square but there was no noise in the room at all. It is very stylish and imaginatively designed with quality fittings including kitchenware. The bed was large and very comfortable and the shower excellent. Our room was on the ground floor with access to an outside sitting area. It was split level with the toilet and shower downstairs so a word of caution if you have any physical limitations as there are some 18 steps to negotiate without a hand rail. There are no common areas ( bar, restaurant etc) but with a well equipped kitchen and lots of bats, restaurants and shops nearby, that is not a problem.
Centrally located in Paleochora, only 150 metres from Halikia Beach, Rea Hotel features a garden where a homemade breakfast is served daily. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

It’s position - central, easy to park close to excellent restaurants. We were very pleased to have a fridge in the room. Helpful friendly owner who was also an excellent cook. Breakfast was excellent - with home made pastries.

The location is fabulous the hotel is clean and the surroundings mostly well kept apart from the rusty shipping containers and pile of old rafia umbrellas and odd bits of building materials
