Super friendly staff that went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They arranged 2 baby cots for us and no request was too much. This hotel was great value for money. There were enough pool/side beds available (May 2024) and the property was alongside to the beach. The beach had small pebble stones, but the sand was fine enough for our toddler to play with. The infinity pool looked amazing. Food was available in abundance with many Greek dishes amongst them. The food was also good for kids. The room was modern and clean.

Lovely little village surrounded by beautiful views and a gorgeous beach overlooking the island of Kalymnos. If you’re after hedonism then look elsewhere but if you’re after a seriously relaxing stay with great food, cold beers and stunning sunsets this is the place for you

A pleasant seaside village but with more and more 'all -inclusive resorts' encroaching all the time. The locals still offer traditional shops and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.
The port offers regular ferries to Pothia on Kalymnos, so if you fancy a change of island it's easily done.

Proper Greek village, not just a holiday place.
Proper Greek village, not just a holiday place. Quiet but with plenty of restaurants and bars, mostly overlooking the sea. Huge sandy beach which is never crowded. Half Time pool bar on the edge of the village is great if you want a change from the beach, or watch some sport. Good size pool. Great place for a relaxing holiday with very friendly people.

Nice, small village, quiet, with shops, markets with fresh goods, restaurants and cafes. It is great to sit and drink frape while looking at the sea :) You´ll find a typical greek cuisine as well as the "european" one here. As it is a small place, it is very easy to get around. Sometimes due to the northern winds the beach can be pretty windy, there are buses to the south or a car rental. The best place for a trip to Kalymnos island. Mastichari is for the greek lovers :)

Tiny resort but a great beach, pale soft sand, and some decent places to eat. Looks a bit tired in parts.
Apparently it’s often windy on the north side of the island, so sea was quite rough, but as we went late April we probably saw it at its worst.
Really close to the airport so nice quick transfer & we didn’t notice the planes at all during our stay.
Also only 15/20 mins drive to Antimachia Castle and other beaches.
We spent 2 nights here and it was enough as the weather wasn’t nice enough to sunbathe so we moved around the island.

Lovely sleepy fishing town turned mini tourist village...
Lovely sleepy fishing town turned mini tourist village without being too touristy. Beach was full of seaweed but not sure if that was a symptom of the end of the season. The bars and restaurants along the beach were lovely, and the little lanes of shops too.
The property is in an excellent location, in the heart of small and friendly Mastichari. A minute from shops, beach, bar, restaurant. For the type of hotel, the rooms were quite large and v clean, with a good shower, air con and 2 large single beds together, typical of Greece.
The staff whom we spoke to also, were very accommodating, friendly and reacted really well to a small mix up regarding keys. Communication from pre arrival and arriving (we arrived late due to a late flight and subsequent wait for taxis etc) was excellent!
-very (!!!) clean
-nice staff
- comfy sunbeds
- small supermarket in the hotel
- good breakfast
- modern room (Jbl musicbox, eg)
- beachfront
- good restaurants
- adults only breakfast terrace
- adults only pool
- you can order food/ drinks via qr code directly to the sunbeds
- comfy chairs (every chair we sat in was comfy!!)
- stylish resort
The hotel in Beautiful, it has a very relaxed vibe, staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were modern and kept very clean. Location was perfect not right in the centre of the resort but you could walk along the beach for about 10 minutes which takes you to the restaurant's and bars along the front.
Room was very clean with a comfortable bed. We had the rooftop room which had a massive terrace and views all around.
The owners are lovely and although we arrived late, brought us a welcome drink.
The hotel is in a quiet location but only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the port.
The property is well maintained, the room was very clean and well supplied. Socratis, the manager, is very prompt and helpful. The hotel is a bit off the main street so it is fairly quiet, yet it's less than 10 minute walk to the port and main area of Mastichari.
Studios are very clean and lovely. The host Athena is exceptionally caring and friendly. Just 1-2 minutes walk to the restaurants, supermarket, kite beach (or beach in general). Balcony with sea view to enjoy breakfast...
Nice, spacious rooms, close to the beach!Sokratis was very helpfull in all we needed! The breakfast was very fresh and rich in everything! We will pleasantly choose Helios and Erini appartments on our next visit in Kos!
very nice location and sea was beautiful and warm (we did travel to over parts of kos, best beach was at the hotel). food was nice, everyone can find what he likes. rooms are cleaned every day. was quiet at night.
We were stuck in Kos and had to find a place to stay, we booked Cirillo without any expectations and have zero complaints. The hotel was well maintained, the room looked clean and everything worked.
Really good location, right next to the beach.
Tea, coffee, water and biscuits left for our arrival.
Good, helpful hosts.
Only a short stay but it was everything we asked for.
The location is perfect; next to the beach, Mastihari is really well situated to visit the whole island from a quiet town. The host is really nice and welcoming.
