Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town. Lots of boats coming to the marina, lots of nice hotels, and great beaches. A good selection of restaurants and bars, and shops. I would recommend to couples, families who like watersports, friends.

Sivota and the surrounding area constitute a concealed treasure within Epiros. Abundantly verdant, characterized by rolling hills, secret coves, and a mix of small to mid-sized beaches, it is an ideal destination for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

It is a sweet little town.
It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.
We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime)
Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller.
People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.
Remarkable attention to detail, exceptional level of cleanliness and designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, the suite was a delight to stay in. Beautiful view of the surrounding hills, the town and Syvota bay. There was nothing missing, the manager and his immediate family were wonderful to interact with, prompt with attending to any request, provided ample info about the area (beaches, restaurants, sights), extremely kind and hospitable. Cannot say enough about the people and the units. Would gladly book again at this complex.
The location of the property is fantastic. It overlooks the Syvota harbour, and it is rather central. For fit individuals without kids, it's only a short walk away from the main square. There is a small beach nearby, approachable within minutes. The property offers parking to its residents.
Special thanks to Nikos for going all the way to the post-office to arrange the teddy that we forgot behind... Our child has it since he was born, and was heart broken when he realised we forgot it behind. He is eagerly awaiting it now :)
Costa Smeralda was a fabulous experience of peace, tranquility, beauty, fantastic sea and absolute comfort. At the top of this beautiful hill we found our room, in one of the Costa Smeralda villas, then going down to the beach you will find the beautiful swimming pool with a wonderful sea view, and then the pool bar that offers fresh drinks and snacks. Going further down you arrive at the private beach of the hotel which gave you access to this beautiful sea, it is very near the special Bella Vraka beach.
Everything!
We were a 10-15 minute lazy walk from the centre. The hotel had everything you needed. Large, comfortable rooms, great bathroom, great towels, comfy bed, clean, nice patio area, place to hang wet clothes.
Pool area fantastic with staff on hand to make Greek coffee and wonderful club sandwiches.
Syvota is a gem 💎 a beautiful village, very family orientated and so glad we stumbled across it.
The house was new and really comfortable with everything needed inside. It was clean and the owner offers free cleaning for accommodations longer than 5 days. He was really helpful suggesting best beaches, places to visit and where to eat. We traveled by car and the house was located within desirable distance from almost all beaches around Syvota. I would highly recommend it.
1) Swimming pool was amazingly clean and the sun beds were extremely comfortable for an afternoon nap.
2) The location was amazing and just 300m away from the beach. Perfect for a family or a couple.
3) internet (WiFi) was really reliable and available all around the property
Excellent hotel -value for money. Located 100m from 3 beautiful beaches with totaly different vibes so everubody can find somethink to like. Sivota and Parga are near if you like nice evening walks. Staff in hotel nice and taking care of everything. Clean and family atmosphere.
The house was very clean and spacious, relatively close to the beach by foot, there were a lot of stores and bakeries near by.
If you took the car you had access to more than 10+ beaches by driving less than 10 km in each direction.
The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
Great value for money hotel: very clean, neat and tidied rooms. Good location (only a few minutes away from nice beaches, e.g., Zavia & Megali Ammos beach, and not far from Syvota centre), very friendly stuff. We are looking forward to visit again.
A really pretty hotel. The Staff were great, room superb, great view, good location with beaches either side, gardens are immaculate, breakfast great, service from staff is great. Nothing we didn't like and we hope to return.
Clean and of good quality with excellent views.
Feels safe, casual, quiet, and very relaxing.

Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.
Exceptionally clean respecting all COVID-19 measures. In front of the hotel there is the Agia Paraskevi beach , one of the best in the area. A bit little expensive though.
The rooms are very comfortable and brand new! Central airconditioning was a very pleasant surprise! Daily cleaning, very friendly staff and walking distance from the center of Syvota!
