Very close to the exceptionally beautiful Esterhaza Palace. Garage for bicycle. Very kind lady in reception. Probably the best hotel in the village :) It is ok, I would pick it up again.

If you ever go to Fertod and you need a place to stay Julia is the perfect host! She's kind, hospitable and she adapts to your needs. Even though we didn't speak Hungarian or German she printed out leaflets for us so we can communicate ❤️ she's sweet and I'll be always happy I chose to stay here.
The people are wonderful, very welcoming place. A pity that they didn't make the underground thermal water available for bathing. On the other hand the mineral water that is available to drink is very good.

They made us add 220 euros for the children to our non-refundable booking. We had made sure that the suite we booked had enough beds. This was the extra for the dinner that was included. We ended up paying 220 euros for, in total, four bowls of low quality pasta for small children. A rip-off.
We e-mailed the hotel before when they told us about the extra cost. They didn’t offer us to change to a booking with out dinner or to a cheaper room. The answers weren’t nice and I got the impression that this was a plan to get more money. Maybe necessary since the hotel was almost empty this night in July.
So, never again, and a big big warning for this hotel to everyone. Don’t go there!
