I love how lovely the staff were. They were friendly and always helpful. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Dinner was great, as was breakfast, and there were much better gluten-free options this time.

Friendly welcome, staff experience was delightful. Beautiful house and surroundings. Pity that the driving range kiosk appears to have been damaged in a storm? Well worth rebuilding it as it is an excellent addition to the estate.

The breakfast had a good selection, catering to various tastes and preferences. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making for a restful stay. Although we didn't have the opportunity to try dinner at the hotel's restaurant, the menu looked appealing, and the dining area seemed inviting. I hope to experience it on a future visit. The standout aspect of our stay was the staff. They were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond by booking a taxi for us the next day, which was greatly appreciated.

Hillcrest was just excellent in every way from Peggy greeting us at the front door to our beautiful room so clean and comfortable and the amazing view .The bed was so comfortable had a great sleep. Breakfast well I felt like royalty in the beautiful setting with a lovely open fire on , I didn't want to leave . Excellent all around 10/10 . Definitely be back .
