I would like to state I was actually disappointed with this stay. I stayed back in August and was very pleased with room and where it was located in the hotel. I returned with family this time and was excited for them to see the wonderful rooms etc only to be let down and put up in one of the out dated rooms with new views etc. also in August we where supplied with bath robes for the leisure centre but these where not provided on this visit. We had bottled water left in our rooms on my last stay and yet again none of this was provided this time round. Due to the weather being amazing and very warm I did ask the bar staff for some I've for the room as we had had to go to local shop to buy bottles of water. When one staff member provided this another member of staff said that it was 5 euros !! Only for another member of staff over hearing this and stepping in to say this charge has now been stopped otherwise I think I would have tried to be charged this amount for ice. ( Not that I would have paid this amount for ice ) !! I did approach the issue with staff at reception about not being happy with the rooms we had been given only to be told there was no other rooms we could have been moved too and robes are no longer supplied. such a disappointment after telling my family all about the amazing rooms and how highly I had talked about my last stay. Also on one occasion we went to leisure centre only to be greeted by swimming lessons which is totally fine. But the fact that the whole pool was being used by three individual lanes where children where in each lane after being told that an area was still available for guests. I would definitely think twice now for rebooking with yous again due to all these issues

Wonderful location for this beautiful original country house and estate beside Lough Swilly. Warm welcome from Irene. We were shown to the Jonathon Swift room, huge room full of antique furniture. The lounge area was one half and down a few steps to the other half with a four poster bed. Large bathroom with shower and modern roll top bath. The dining room had beautifully laid white linen tables for breakfast and dinner, both of which were wonderful. Breakfast was served to your table. Jacqueline and her staff were excellent. Highly recommend.
Located in the heart of Letterkenny, this modern hotel provides an excellent base from which to explore County Donegals renowned golf courses, beaches and countryside.

Catroina was such a lovely host! She made us feel so welcome and she share many great insights about the surrounding area and suggestions for exploring. Her hot breakfast was filling and delicious with French press coffee, as well as a variety of cold/continental options to choose from. Our room & beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a recent addition/remodel. Great shower and overall layout!
