I liked everything very great place to rest perfectly clean. There was nothing missing. The owner is very pleasant and helpful there are Sheep, Horses but there are no dogs and that's great if someone is afraid of big dogs or allergies. Amazing nature, Mobile connection is full.. As it names states Tudor lodge, is a mock Tudor building, a lot of wooden beams. Breakfast is an additional charge. Food well cooked and good quality. Less than 5 minutes from Glendalough. Nice gardens/patio area to sit out on a fine evening.

I stayed 4 nights, had a lovely room, the breakfast was great, and the beef casserole in the evening was amazing! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There's a very special atmosphere at Jacobs Well. You can tell that the hotel is much loved by the owners and staff, as well as the customers.
