Excellent rooms, spacious and comfortable. Pool view rooms are amazing and provides a level of comfort and charm comparable to premium resorts .
Food is delicious, and staff is super courteous. Special mention to Manager Shashank who made for making our stay memorable with his charming smile and hospitality. Buffet charges are very nominal and the spread they offer, does more than justice to the nominal charges.
Room service is prompt and very helpful.
Though the resort is not that big area wise, but packed with lots of indoor games, a comfy pool and beautiful garden.
A big thumbs up for the staff indeed..

Booked on a weekday (Monday to Thursday)- not many people-upgraded from “Garden and pool view” to “Coffee & mountain view”(Our bungalow- number 30 - convenient to reach the pool and recreation area as the steps end and start near our bungalow)

Wifi is bad, completely secluded from the rest of the world - every mothers getaway delight
Breakfast spread caters mainly to South Indian palate; whether in restaurant or in room dining (Arabica restaurant) quality of food and packagaing of food never compromised
