Amenities - 4/5 .. all superb, property is 4 months old and everything is in pristine condition. Key is to maintain it
F&B - 4/5 .. kitchen is operational but not 24X7. F&B manager is superb and gets involved personally

Infra - 4/5 .. property has a game room with pool table, carrom, table tennis etc. Good size pool.. great gardens and a lovely restaurant. Rooms are cottages with patio (prefer the ones facing inside, they have better view than ones facing periphery)

It’s amazing to see how this hotel has been built in such a small space. It’s a value for the buck u spend , room walls could have been cleaner , the sheets & the bed are clean and of decent quality , bathroom is clean. Parking space is decent , swimming pool is small & can accomodate only 5-6 people at one time , breakfast is ok nothing fancy. Space on the ground floor room was mot very great , however it was definitely worth it and i would stay again. Restaurant staff are polite.
Hotel is very near the old Mumbai Pune highway.
