While this is a more simple, somewhat dated hotel, the room was a great size for three occupants. While the bathroom was small, as was the shower, we had ample hot water for showers. The front desk staff was so helpful and the breakfast, which was included, was exceptional from traditional full breakfast items to a large variety of pastries. THe location is excellent- a few steps from the historical piazzas and churches, yet it was very quiet in our hotel room at night. This is an excellent hotel from which to experience all the sites of Assisi.

Hotel Berti is in the heart of Assisi, 650 ft from Saint Francis' Basilica. It features a typical restaurant and a quiet garden where you can enjoy breakfast.

Excellent room in a very central location in Assisi. I would certainly stay here again. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a great value for the money. A five minute walk to the bus stop.

Immaculate property in central location provides easy access San Rufino, Basilica of St. Clair and Santa Maria Sobra Minerva / city tower. Nice walk to Basilica of St. Francis. Good restaurant adjacent. Breakfast included was excellent. Fresh squeezed Orange juice.

The location was good but in the opposite of San Francisco church. That means that you have to walk all over the town to visit de San Francisco Basilica. It was ok. I didn’t like that the hotel charged us 10 euros per night for parking lot. At the end I really recommend this hotel
