This is by far the best hotel for tourists in Palermo. Perfect location, efficient, friendly staff. Pleasant rooms. Beautiful 1900 palazzo public spaces, especially the beautiful breakfast rooms. Good value for money.

The hotel is well located near all main places to visit in central Palermo. Decoration was original. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We appreciate their efforts to make our stay nice but unfortunately there were many issues that we need to comment.

great choices for breakfast. There was a staff person at the desk all the time, who could answer questions about how to get to places. There was free public parking juat around the corner from the hotel. We could easily get our bags to our room. Since we arrived at the end of the day, there were plenty of spaces, and it was safe!
Very big room. Camplus is apparently also a college dorm, which was fine for us. Lots of young people around.
