Everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was very good. Nice variety. Gave us a map where they highlighted the route to get to the train station by foot. They recommended the best restaurant for dinner and provided a shuttle to and from that restaurant. We plan to stay here every time we go to Civitavecchia.

I loved how simple everything was. Room key? QR code on your phone. Need to book a taxi or something, the staff took care of it all. It was incredibly clean and a really wonderful stay.

Located near Cruise Terminal. Only a $6 eur bus ride to the Royal Caribbean cruise terminal. Breakfast was outstanding! Good restaurants nearby. Awesome view of the beach and ocean.
