The view is superb. I took a room on the second floor with a balcony and enjoyed the view all the day. The restaurant in the hotel is quite nice with a lot of great food and alcohol options. The stuff is super nice.

The breakfast was ok, kind of commercial goods, but very decent. Decaf was excellent, facilities were great with the view to the courtyard. The rooms were older and the bedding was ok but not fantastic. Pillows were comfy, the bed was a bit stiff. Apart from that, super nice staff, parking for $10 extra, location is ideal for the center of town, and they had a bar at night that we didn't use but seemed cool. They also have a restaurant that we didn't use.
Family-run Albergo Pesce D'Oro is set directly in front of Lake Maggiore in Verbania Suna. It offers beautiful views on the Borromean Islands, free WiFi, and 24-hour reception.
