The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The family room was very spacious. The common areas were really nice also, a great vibe. The breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect, right beside Terminal 2, the train station and buses.

If you are flying out of Malpensa Airport this is a great hotel to stay at! The family room has a separate area with 2 twin beds and it was great for our family of four. We had a great night sleep before our flight! Breakfast was included with the rate and they have a great selection of items for the breakfast buffet. Located in the suburbs with easy access to the road and plenty of free parking. Very secure area!
