Excellent views of the valley and town. The owners are eager to help you make the most of your stay. The room was very nice and the bed did not really squeak as some others have reported. Breakfast was reasonable.

We had a lovely stay at Casamassima. Our suite (No. 1), with a separate living room and large modern bathroom, was big enough to relax and spread out. The suite is beautifully decorated with many extra touches. The wifi was good and the desk area had plenty outlets for charging. Most important was the wonderful customer service and attention paid by the staff, Lucetta and Alessia. They were always ready to help, to give advice, directions and to make reservations. If we return to Umbria, we will definitely stay here. Breakfast served on the outdoor terrace was exceptional!
