Upon arrival Laura greeted us and showed us around the room. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. There is onsite parking for a small fee and some street parking as well.
We asked for a restaurant recommendation and she made a couple of suggestions. Upon deciding, she offered to make the reservation for us which I appreciate since my Italian is not so good. We had a fabulous dinner and we were so glad we had chosen Firenze.
About 2am I woke up to a message from Laura that the restaurant had contacted her- I had left my credit card. Since I did not respond because I was sleeping, she went and picked it up and put it under our door! She knew we had an early flight and she saved us so much trouble.
We definitely recommend booking a room if you are near the Milan area.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean, fresh washed sheets, blankets and curtains.

The owner Paola and her son Federico have been very nice and helped us for everything, including picking me up in the night at the restaurant and dropping me off at the train station the next day.
