The hotel was really nice. It was clean, comfortable and provided toiletries. It's also near several restaurants and we really enjoyed Tora Tora for dinner. We stayed in a quadruple room, but it actually had room for 5 people (3 twin beds and 1 queen). Breakfast was included and had a great assortment of options, including gluten-free bread.

Overall a great stay. We managed to self check-in around 11 pm. The room was clean and spacious, same about the bathroom. I enjoyed having a high ceiling. We dropped our bags and walked to the tower in three minutes. There were almost no one there at night. The location is exceptional.
Only 328 feet from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Hotel Francesco is set in central Via Santa Maria. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a fridge and tea/coffee maker.

Room and bed sheets were clean, generally the room was well maintained and not old! Also there are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets right down the hotel so it is all accessible within reach,,, Hotel offers great value for it’s price…
Hotel Villa Primavera is surrounded by a graceful, green garden. The Leaning Tower, Pisa University and the hospital are within walking distance.

The staff were amazingly nice. I'm African American only speaking English but the staff communicated very well with me. Everything is within walking distance. I'd definitely stay again. Beautiful area

Easy acces to Pisa, Lucca, the beaches at Viareggio, trips to Cinque Terre. Very modern, stylish and functional apartment with a very well equipped kitchen.
A 2 minutes walk to a small market with vegetables, café with great ice cream and 1 km to Coop super market.
The neighborhood is nice and quite. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun from the two balconys.
We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, biscuits, Nescafé and great starter stuff when arriving from further away.
All in all a great place for our 3-days stay.
