Great service. Location perfect for going to Benesse museums and can walk to Honmura.
One of the 5 rooms I booked, I thought I cancelled but when I checked in appears I did not do so. So I had two rooms for 2 nights I had to pay for. But I told the front desk they were free to resell the extra room and they told me they did so and refunded me some of my cost. This was a special service I appreciated.

The location is phenomenal - right on the beach, so you're falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing, plus the bus stop to take you around the island is right outside.
This is not a luxury resort, but everything was clean and well-maintained. We stayed at the traditional Japanese room that had the bonus of some kitchen facilities and en-suite bathroom, plus, it's windows opened wide so that we could see the ocean.
The restaurant on the premises had much needed sustenance and delicious local beer.
