We really liked the Bath on the roof. Even though it was cloudy and rainy, it was very nice. The bed was wonderful and we had a Great nights sleep. From the Lobby on the 13th floor you can see the trains coming and going at the station

The onsen was great for a modestly priced hotel way outside of central Tokyo. The front desk attendant was very sweet. It was an easy, seemingly safe walk from Ōmiya Station. There are a number of nearby restaurants. I went to the one on the ground floor that you walk past about a block before the hotel, and it was one of the best I went to in Japan.
