1. Spacious room and the apartment is in general in good shape, compared to those in the city center. 2. Really helpful and reliable Host, she helped us arrange the shuttle transport from the apartment to airport and to the local restaurant. The driver is very reliable and the price is also reasonable. The view and scenery were beautiful, with a picturesque landscape. Spacious (brand-new) rooms with comfortable beds. Warm shower, which was welcome after a week in the medina where we went back to basics. Even though we arrived around 7 pm during their Ramadan Iftar meal, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They only spoke Arabic (no French or English) but luckily we could communicate a bit through Google translate as one of us had an e-Sim and internet connection. Only a few minutes by car from the airport (important note: but not at all at a safe walking distance. Car/taxi is necessary).

We stayed 3 days in may and our residence area (~ 10 buildings) with pool in in the middle and we had it just for ourselves until weekend. Very kind host and everything necessary availiable in Bungalow. Very close to highway and airport. Safe area with guardians.

Everything the location was perfect for the golf course, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds super comfy and all the furnishings are good quality, well equipt kitchen. Nice and quiet, no barking dogs. Very peaceful and close enough to Fez.
