The staff were lovely, super friendly and very helpful. Allowed us to leave luggage there before and after checkout so we didn’t have to lug it around. Nice and clean. Black out curtains were great, bed was comfy.

We loved the bigger room, the bath and the breakfast buffet. Everything was very neat and luxurious. The staff were very nice and welcoming and the bed is the comfiest we’ve ever laid on. We also ordered room service which came really fast and was very delicious!

The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 minutes from the train station, from which you need exactly 12 minutes by train to the central station in Amsterdam. The town of Zaandam is very peaceful and beautiful. There are many famous shops, fast food restaurants.
The hotel is good, the staff is good.
The only thing that was bad for us was that the beds were on wheels and they separated during the night and we didn't have hand soap in the bathroom.
