Cleanliness is very good, the size of the desk in the room is better than in most hotels within the same price range. Comfortable chairs.

The hotel is next to the beach and the view to the sea is nice. The meal at the hotel's restaurant was very good and without prior reservation. Spa is convenient.

I have stayed multiple times in this hotel, because it is next to the railway station and close to various Dutch ministries I have visited. It is very good, has friendly staff and the rooms are great.

NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE, EXACT OPPOSITE, DIRTY, OLD, STINKY!
Liked · Unfortunately NOTHING AT ALL!
The only good thing was the receptionist had spoken English & tried to guide me to the property.
Disliked · I paid for the room online over the Booking.com. The pictures of the property on the website were neat & looked tidy!
But as i have arrived it was exact the opposite!
The receptionist had to guide me to the property on the phone as at the time major renovation was in progress & scaffolding were placed in front of the property, which made it difficult to locate.
The area where the hotel is based, looked rough, the carpets in the lobby were stinky & to finish the experience off, my room has been already sold to someone else, even though I have paid for it online!
I got a cash refund & went out upset, as i driven for 3 days & was desperate to rest & now I was left to look for a room to sleep, last minute prices & availability in a city late night are a challenge for a tired traveller!
Very Disappointing!
The check-in was smooth. The staff were helpful whenever I had a question or asked for assistance. The room was quite spacious. I paid just under 200 Euros for a three-night stay for two people. This was a better price per person per night than hostels in Den Haag or Rotterdam. It is very easy to get to Den Haag or Delft by train from Rijswijk. The hot water supply was good and the water pressure was good. The beds were comfortable enough.
The airlines lost our luggage and the hotel staff did an outstanding job in trying to track our bags down. The front desk staff were persistent and were able to have one of our bags delivered to the hotel. The restaurant is located in a seperate building next to the hotel. The restaurant management and staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food (we ate breakfast and dinner) was excellent.
The rooms were amazing and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, nice view of the park and really close to Rijswijk station where one has access to trains, trams and busses. In general, it felt like everything was well thought out. The entrance hall is quite impressive and parking was really easy and very close to an elevator leading directly to the rooms.
It is a pretty cute and cool location with a small nearby shopping street incl. grocery store, pubs, and a couple restaurants. The apartment was very nice with natural light, full kitchen, plants, and lots of space. Felt more like being home than a hotel or B&B. Staff was very friendly and how to say : it was overall very private (no one really there).
Room size is decent as we got upgraded to deluxe room. Room is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for coffee lover. However kettle was not there, probably need to request if required. Plenty of car park for hotel guest, but the gate bell position is awkward, most of the time we need to get out of our car to press the gate bell.
All you need for a short trip you can get here: Clean room, fresh sheets and towels, easy-to-get location (walk out from Central station - sit in tram 17 - walk out in front on the hotel: perfect!) , free fast WiFi, restaurant downstairs.
As for me it was perfect that reception works 24h and no extra charges for late check-in.
This small hotel is very nicely decorated and has a wonderful host who was extremely accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the common dining room which was at the guests' disposal throughout the evening, so we could make tea even in the evening.
The hotel room is enormous, great bed, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and the bath tub was the best thing about the whole room. I saw the new years eve fireworks from the bathtub out on the window. The most relaxing room I've ever been in.
The interior of the hotel is really special, brings a unique vibe. Parking in the neighbourhood is available and you can arrange the parking payment at the reception. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and big room.
Comfy beds (but low), nice enough hotel that ticks all the boxes. Extensive breakfast (but expensive!), free drink during the stay for registered guests, and good service during breakfast to get an egg
Tram and bus stop are in front of the hotel. You can park paid on the hotel parkingplace but there is enough free space to park your car close by. Breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price.
Well situated, close to stores and restaurants. Public transport in front of the Hotel that will take you to Delft, the Haque,Rotterdam and Schiphol airport within 30 minutes.
